How much does a maintenance plan cost?
Plans are fixed-price monthly: you approve the number before anything starts, and the invoice never changes because a month was busy.
What happens when something breaks?
Monitoring alerts me first. Fixes are prioritized over new work, and you get a plain-language explanation of what broke and what changed.
Do you test updates before applying them?
Yes. Updates run on a staging copy first where the hosting allows it, then go live on a schedule. This is what prevents the classic update-breaks-site cycle.
What is included in the monthly report?
